Manager – International Tax Mergers & Acquisitions and Structuring (Financial Services)

In Corporate Tax, we advise companies operating on a national and international basis in the light of relevant tax regulations and developments. This enables clients to set up efficient structures, consider the tax effects of possible business models, and manage tax risks. Working closely with colleagues across PwC's global network, the team combines technical tax expertise with a strong understanding of transactions, restructuring and business strategy to support clients in an increasingly complex and fast‑moving environment.
