Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a regional payroll team, providing mentorship and oversight to ensure high standards of operational excellence and compliance.
• Regional Operations: Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processes in all active APAC countries and other assigned jurisdictions, including daily adjustments, tax processing, and accurate statutory remittances.
• Scalable Strategy: As the APAC region and other international markets evolve, design and implement localized workflows that allow team members to take ownership of regional execution while maintaining global consistency.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide internal payroll expertise and strategic guidance to cross‑functional partners, including customer‑facing teams, International Finance, Legal, and Operations.
