Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and market share of writing instruments and stationery products across institutional clients including schools, colleges, coaching centers, corporates, hospitals, laboratories, hotels, and government departments. The role requires strong business development, key account management, and market expansion capabilities in a highly competitive and price-sensitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Develop and expand institutional business across assigned territories.
Secure annual contracts, tenders, and seasonal campaigns.
Manage relationships with procurement teams and institutional buyers.
Negotiate commercial agreements and payment terms.
