Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with business and demand management on feasibility analysis and prioritization assessment of solution delivery and provide insights on business case viability, solution design complexity and IT capabilities and effort estimations
• Manage and monitor development of the functional design specifications for CAPEX projects
• Manage E2E solution delivery from demand until production and facilitate assistance for design related matters throughout the delivery cycle to enhance solution delivery quality.
• Manage the scope of work-package handed over to the MSP and monitor the delivery process and identify improvement opportunities in delivery schedule management by the MSP
• Manage with MSP on design and execution of enhancement projects to ensure better quality and timeliness of service delivery
