We are looking for a M&A VAT manager to strengthen our indirect tax team in Belgium, based in Brussels (Gateway).

You work on Belgian and cross-border M&A projects, including due diligence and tax structuring projects;

You advise on the set-up of investment in funds or other investment vehicles;

You work alongside specialists from the Tax, Financial Advisory and Legal teams

You work with M&A colleagues and experts in foreign Deloitte offices countries;

You gain insights and experience on what makes a successful M&A transaction

You are involved in business development activities at a Belgian and international level, tuned in to your core specialties
