About the Team

The Income Tracking team is a specialized revenue assurance unit in APAC, part of the global publishing administration function. Its focus is on maximizing royalty payments to songwriters and producers by verifying, analyzing, and collecting income from Performance Rights Organizations (PROs), Digital Service Providers (DSPs), record labels, and other licensees, and by identifying cases of non‑payment or underpayment of royalties.

Purpose of Role

The Income Tracking Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Warner Chappell Music’s publishing income across Asia Pacific and global markets.
