:Initiate and develop the sales leadership training strategies to drive the company agency growth in terms of number of active recruiters and number of young leaders.
Develop, implement, and monitor agency strategies (including but not limited to High New Worth business, MCI focused training and Development, Agency Productivity Enhancement) for agency productivity growth and agency team development.
Implements tailor-made agency training (both face-to-face and online) & business-driven development programs to enhance advisorsβ competency in sales professionalism & client services.
Cultivate agency recruitment culture.
Develop IANG and MCI focused training.
Monitor the effectiveness of all agency training initiatives and measures and analyzes training results.
Develop and groom a pool of trainers in terms of course content development and training delivery.
