**Job Description**

The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.

**What You ll Do:**

+ Manage the Industrial Operations team in Westminster, and support teams across multiple campuses (including but not limited to Boulder and Broomfield), supporting the Tactical Solutions SBU and the enterprise. This role will have functional responsibility for a team consisting of industrial engineers.
+ Maintain relationship with respective Strategic Business Units (SBU) to understand their technology roadmap to ensure Capabilities and Capacity exists to execute Programs and fold these requirements into future state plans and prognosis.
