We are seeking an HR leader supporting the Samβs Club eCommerce Supply Chain operation in Lumberton, NC, responsible for driving people strategies that enable business performance. This role supports employee relations, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives for an hourly workforce. The Manager I, People, Supply Chain ensures effective execution of HR programs, fosters a positive and compliant work environment, and helps build a strong talent pipeline to support operational growth and continuous improvement.
