Job Description
**Work location - Hybrid 2**
This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The **Manager I – Health Program Services** is responsible for the oversight of the Health Program Outreach Services for Disease Management and Case Management call center operations. The Manager will be managing our dispatch staff in support of our partnership with mobile crisis outreach services...
