Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to assess and fulfill hiring needs. Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records through HRMIS and manual tracking systems.
