:
  • HSSE compliances and implementation
  • Conducting HSSE Training to employees, suppliers, drivers, etc.
  • HSSE Risk assessment of offices, warehouses, transport vehicles, suppliers, etc.
  • Tracking and reporting Near miss and incidents.
  • Preparation of incident reporting / CAPA reports.
  • Preparation and circulation of management Dashboards.
  • Conduct First Aid & Firefighting Trainings
  • Conducting HSSE meetings and circulating Minutes of Meeting
  • Prepare for internal and external ISO audit.
  • Conduct Quality, EMS & Health & Safety ISO audit independently.
  • Review the requirement of compliances and plan to discuss for implementation.
  • RFQ filling and submission to HOD’s
  • Updating Customers / Suppliers contracts on CLM portal
  • Working on sustainability data, updating Data on Greenstone software
