Responsibilities
:Leadership of the Function:
Β β’ Oversee the delivery of HR projects to ensure work is executed in alignment with established standards, tools, and methodologies.Β
β’ Establish and maintain strong project governance practices, including clear decision-making structures, prioritization, accountability, and visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.Β
β’ Drive consistency and rigor in how projects are planned, executed, and reported.Β
β’ Foster strong partnerships with HR leaders and HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of work.Β
β’ Provide thought partnership to HR leaders to shape initiatives, clarify priorities, and translate business needs into structured, actionable solutions.Β
β’ Lead the ongoing evolution of the function through continuous improvement of processes, templates, tools, and ways of working.Β
