Position Summary

Better Living Health and Community Services has a permanent full‑time opening for the Manager, Hospice Palliative Care. The role is responsible for the management of health, wellness and continuity of service delivery for clients, residents and families, supervision of Hospice Program staff, and advancing Palliative Care in the Better Living catchment area. The position is split between Better Living Hospice program locations in Newmarket and Toronto and reports to the Vice President of Hospice Palliative Care.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or post graduate education in a related health or social services discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in health or human services, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years management experience leading a team in the delivery of health or human services
