The Compensation and Benefits Manager supports the U.S.-based Human Resources function by leading benefits and compensation administration activities within a Global Shared Services model in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role is accountable for accurate, timely, and compliant execution of day‑to‑day benefits and compensation operations, ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with U.S. policies, plan documents, governance standards, and service level agreements.
