Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Compliance & Process

  • Always keep high integrity level and be leading by role model

  • Ensure purchasing policies and processes strictly followed in each purchasing activity

    • Category Management

  • Lead and fulfil China for China strategy implementation of procurement category related strategies in alignment with relevant business partners, sourcing category scope include: tranportation etc. est. 40-50mil euro.

  • Lead creation and implementation of sourcing and supplier strategies and ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and guidelines.

  • Lead and shape supplier selection processes in alignment with business partners at different levels, negotiate service scope, cost and contract term of routine category sourcing projects.

  • Support tactical buying with knowledge transferring and project monitoring for GCA scope
