Overview:
The Manager, Global Payment Centre is responsible to represent the Global Payments Centre department as Digital Banking operations & IBG Unit representative. The primary purpose of the position is to plan, direct and manage all services provided through the Digital Channels and IBG payment platform. Maintain excellence in service quality, assisting business development and enhancement of services.
The successful candidatewill report to the Head of Global Payment Centre.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Establish service standards in line with Bank standards with stakeholders.
Oversee daily operations of IBG Unit, DBO & RPP team.
