**Objectives of the Position**

+ Provide professional appraisal to steer business via different types of financial and segment analysis.
+ Support business segment teams to achieve the targets.
+ Perform and keep good communication channel with segment leads and teams and controlling teams.

**Main Tasks**

+ Lead Global MCY & China heavy-duty monthly segment analysis reporting, margin and cost analysis for performance steering. Identify risks and opportunities to push for segment performance vs. targets. Coordinate for cross-entity or region issues among segments.
+ Check data quality and accuracy for consolidated segment reporting and analysis, review with segment lead and team on understanding of main drivers on performance deviations. Work with various teams to push for improvements.
