Description
The Manager III, Program Management leads Amazon's global Evaluations & Offboarding (E&O) team, overseeing intern evaluation lifecycle operations, offboarding execution, and intern conversion architecture—partnering with Recruiting to optimize AUTA's conversion pipeline—for 14,000+ global interns annually across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APJC. E&O is the final phase of the internship lifecycle comprised of two bodies of work: 1) Activities that result in an evaluation outcome (defined as inclined or not inclined) and 2) activities necessary for an intern to seamlessly offboard (e.g., early exit and extension processes, laptop/equipment/badge return, personal information updates).
