Position Overview
This management position will lead a team that specializes in ensuring the company has competitive and cost-effective compensation policies and practices across the globe. The Manager, Global Compensation will report to the Director, Total Rewards.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manages companyโs overall compensation plans which many include changes to base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, sales compensation.
Leads team that prepares job descriptions, conducts job evaluation and salary surveys, establishes /ages salary structures, develops salary budgets, conducts minimum/zone analysis, and prepares policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
Responsible for companyโs incentive plan documentation and administration.
