Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager - Fire Detection to join their London, ON team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing branch administrative personnel, service sales staff, and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency in scheduling, managing, and work performed by all service technicians
• Promoting every phase of the Troy Service operation to all customer contacts
• Keeping current in the area of product features, legislation, and regulations concerning service requirements
• Developing service billings, service expense and service gross margin forecasts
