At the Electoral Commission, we work to help New Zealanders participate in democracy and have confidence in the electoral system. As part of our Enterprise Services Group, the Manager Financial Planning and Analysis plays a key role in strengthening financial performance and ensuring the organisation has accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to support planning and decision-making.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, and business partnering advice across the organisation. It is also a key role in preparing and modelling financial information for use in submitting funding bids and business cases to the Treasury.
