Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a team of 4 finance professionals, providing coaching, guidance and performance management.
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing for Singapore entities and Saudi subsidiary
- Review journal entries and audit schedules, ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records in compliance with Singapore FRS/IFRS
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Lead audit process and act as the key liaison with external auditors for Singapore entities and the Saudi subsidiary
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST filings
- Review corporate tax computations of Singapore entities and liaise with external tax agent
- Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure proper handling of intercompany transactions
