Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives
- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify potential opportunities and strategic trends
- Assist in financial analysis, valuation, and business case development, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Support preparation of investment materials and internal approval papers for senior management and board discussions
- Coordinate and support due diligence activities across financial, commercial, legal, tax, operational, and technical workstreams
- Assist in managing external advisors including investment banks, consultants, legal counsel, and accounting firms
- Support transaction execution activities including data room management, tracking of action items, and coordination across internal stakeholders
