You are a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on building high-performing customer communication programs. As Manager, Email & SMS, you will lead enterprise-wide email and text marketing strategy and execution—driving subscriber growth, improving automation, and optimizing campaign performance across channels.
You bring strong expertise in marketing automation, personalization, segmentation, and digital operations, along with the ability to partner cross-functionally across Marketing, IT, Data Engineering, and external providers.
