Role Overview
EMPOR Marcom is looking for an experienced and driven Delegate Acquisition Manager to lead delegate acquisition strategies and oversee a team responsible for driving participation across our B2 B conferences, leadership summits, and enterprise events.
This is a leadership role focused on managing delegate acquisition operations, team performance, stakeholder engagement, and audience quality across multiple events. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in delegate acquisition, B2 B conferences, corporate events, or media environments, along with proven team handling and people management capabilities.
You will play a critical role in ensuring successful event attendance by building strong acquisition strategies, managing delegate pipelines, and leading a high-performing team to achieve participation targets from enterprise and leadership audiences.
