The Manager, Default Compliance is responsible for the development and management of Foreclosure Supervisor(s), and specialists throughout the pre foreclosure process. The Manager, Default Compliance will coordinate the management of all required pre foreclosure activities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all accounts from issuance of the Demand/NOI notice through to foreclosure referral as well as completion of loan reviews prior to foreclosure sale. This role defines, develops and implements processes to ensure compliance with federal, state and investor/insurer guidelines. The Manager is responsible for development and maintenance of policies and procedures. In addition, the Manager will identify process improvement opportunities that will eliminate process gaps and optimize team efficiencies. This role builds and maintains relationships with key individuals within the organization, external vendors and clients.
