Overview:
ISS ESG offers expertise across a full range of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues – having worked with leading asset owners and asset managers to develop solutions to integrate Responsible Investment (RI) into the creation of long term value based on market understanding and expert analysis.
Responsibilities:
1.People Management
Recruitment, coach, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to profile data for a given content pillar and market
Undertake performance reviews to ensure that each team member works towards clearly defined team goals
2. Operational Management
Plan manpower capacity and scheduling to ensure SLA and goals are met / exceeded
