The Data Intelligence & Analytics organization is seeking a Manager who will lead a team focused on measuring, understanding, and taking action on engagement trends and audience behavior that impacts the strategic goals of The Walt Disney Company. This team collaborates with stakeholders across the Direct to Consumer business as well as partners from business units across TWDC to generate insightful, compelling, and strategic analyses that provide an understanding of content portfolio performance to drive decisions around content strategy and portfolio optimization.

This role will be responsible for the decomposition of platform engagement into content, subscriber, and product drivers and will lead investigations into behavioral changes across the various ways we evaluate the health of our content and Disney+ and Hulu subscribers.
