You will build trusted senior-level relationships while ensuring customers maximize the impact of our technology and services. In this role you will shape and execute a proactive, best-in-class Customer Success framework that enhances the end-to-end customer journey. You will translate customer insights into action—owning renewals, expansion, and continuous improvement—while developing top talent to meet evolving client needs.

In this role, you will engage with peers on-site four days a week in our Chicago Central office, igniting creativity and driving impactful results. With the flexibility for remote work one day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.
