Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, you oversee the management, coaching, and development of a team. You ensure service quality and efficiency, foster growth and innovation, and act as the link between strategy and its implementation. You motivate your team and serve as a knowledgeable sparring partner, helping employees excel in their roles.

You supervise and coach a team of employees, while also supporting their development through performance reviews and identifying training needs.

You ensure optimal customer service by supporting your team in handling client questions and complaints, and by personally following up on complex cases to stay closely involved.

You oversee the full execution of customer assignments, from the request for quotation to final reporting and invoicing.
