Manager – Crew Manning Office

The Manager supports the President of Pacc Shipping Phils., Inc in managing the daily operations of the crew manning office in the Philippines. This role ensures operational efficiency in crew recruitment, processing, deployment and compliance with maritime and labor standards. The Manager will supervise frontline departments, ensure compliance with DMW, MARINA and DOLE regulations, and serve as acting Officer‑in‑Charge in the absence of the President. The Manager is also required to support the President in managing and growing our 3rd‑party business and engaging and promoting our services to other ship owners. This is a critical succession and support role designed to maintain the seamless function of crewing operations and regulatory interfaces.
