You serve as the administrative manager of the corporate back office, supporting all National Servicemen (NSmen) managed under the Formation and Brigades.

• Execute administrative requirements for NS Succession Planning, Holding List Management, NS Transition Management and Unit Generation, and REDCON Status Management
• Administer the SAF Volunteers Scheme and ROVER programme, including appointment clearance processes and cross-over management
• Facilitate the deployment of NSmen expertise in coordination with NS Relations Officers and relevant agencies
• Manage and analyse HR data to surface key trends and provide actionable insights
• Support multiple ongoing case files concurrently, including processing of deviation cases where required
