The Manager, Group HSSE drives governance and L2 assurance for health & safety across all regions and business units. The role translates Group policies and standards into consistent, audit‑ready execution, providing oversight, challenge, and support to country and project teams. Based in Singapore with a global remit, the position emphasises second‑line assurance, data‑driven insights, and pragmatic enablement of AI‑supported safety tools.
