Contract Manager to support major projects from tender stage through execution to final close-out. Key Responsibilities Provide commercial and contractual advice across all project stages. Review tender documents, identify risks, and secure strong commercial positions. Ensure contract compliance across procurement and subcontracting. Track milestones, payments, variation orders, and project deliverables. Manage claims, disputes, and settlements with support from Legal. Guide project teams on contract obligations and documentation. Lead contract familiarization sessions for the project team. Strengthen internal processes and risk-management practices.
Requirements Diploma/Degree with 8+ years' experience in contract management within marine, shipping, or offshore O&G. Strong knowledge of variation orders, notice periods, claims, and cost control. Solid understanding of contract law and project exe...
