Under the general direction of the Director, Programming and Promotions, CPLโs Manager, Community Engagement is responsible for the development of innovative public services and events, and managing the delivery of Community Engagement activities among four core service areas: outreach, adult programming/events, newcomer services and, volunteer services. They aid the Director in developing and managing an annual budget, developing innovative engagement and advocacy strategies, and leading the Community Engagement department staff that operates from CPLโs Queenโs Square location.
