**Job Description**


**The Role**
The Manager – Commodity Resiliency supports the development and execution of Tier-N resiliency plans within an assigned commodity. The role focuses on data analysis, coordination, execution support, and reporting, working under the direction of SMT Resilience Leads, Senior Analysts, or Managers. This position is suited for candidates with a foundation in supply chain, analytics, or purchasing who are developing cross-functional execution skills.

**What You’ll Do**


+ Prepare summaries, metrics, and materials for SMT reviews and leadership updates
+ Support the development and maintenance of Tier-N resiliency plans for assigned commodities or components
+ Assist SMT resiliency leads and task forces with execution activities including mitigation tracking and banking actions
+ Analyze resiliency data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risk indicators
