Manager, Commercial Strategy Analytics and Modeling

The Manager Financial Modeling role within the Commercial Strategy and Solutions and Sales Enablement team is responsible for driving the development of financial and other models in Excel, creating internal-facing content, collaborating both internally to Commercial Strategy and Solutions and externally with the various Syneos Health Commercial business units to collect and collate relevant materials, and supporting special projects. The role supports Syneos Health Commercial’s strategy, not strategic consulting on behalf of a client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the (Associate) Director or above to execute on both regular and ad hoc initiatives across Commercial Strategy.
• Lead select workstreams, set timelines, create consistent communications, facilitate meetings, ensure stakeholders meet deadlines, and complete deliverables such as PPT decks and Excel models.
