Job Description
Responsibilities
- Underwriting and assessment of presented Commercial Lines risks in accordance with guidelines and protocols to secure profitable business
- Engagement with internal (Finance, BS, IT, CC, Biz Process, other business units, etc) and external stakeholders (reinsurers, intermediaries, clients) to drive business, provide solutions and deliver value to clients as part of managing one’s commercial lines portfolio
- Providing Technical Advice on commercial line products to Intermediaries, clients and fellow staff as and when necessary
- Working to drive business growth whilst being cognizant of underwriting profits and team/individual budgets
- Ensuring good risk and corporate governance is practiced and maintained by adhering to Income’s risk and compliance guidelines
