• Implement leasing strategies and plans for commercial properties
• Develop and maintain good relations with tenants and attend to feedbacks/appeals/rental payment and arrears
• Develop deeper understanding of customer needs pertaining to space requirements and utilisation
• Manage tenant/Managing Agent relationships and negotiate lease renewals
• Formulate and review leasing policies and processes
• Coordinate property maintenance and repair works with contractors/Managing Agents
• Prepare monthly reports, annual budget and P&L for portfolio

Tenancy Management

• Relevant Experience In The Real Estate Industry Preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
• Able to work well both independently and in a team
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
