Position Summary The Commercial Education Manager (Manager) is responsible for the development, implementation, and adoption of the training program within Caris Life Sciences, ensuring peak performance of the commercial group toward achieving the desired company goals and metrics. The Manager will report to the Director of Training and work closely with the other members of the Commercial Education Team, the Sales Leadership Team, Marketing, field-based personnel, and other departments to maintain a high level of communication, uncover needs, and create a strategy for constant improvement.
