The Manager, Grocery Selection Strategy will lead selection strategy across our portfolio of online and in-store grocery formats. In this role, you will lead a team that owns the end-to-end strategy, requirements, and methodology used to build and continuously improve a robust, data-driven selection framework spanning multiple grocery formats.
You will manage a team of professionals, while partnering closely with Category, Product, Tech, and BI teams to develop automated selection tools, multi-metric ranking models, and regional selection frameworks. This role requires both strong managerial presence and analytical rigor to drive measurable business impact. You will own your programs, mechanisms, and metrics end-to-endβfrom requirements definition through launch, iteration, and executive reporting.
