Responsibilities
- Develop cabin interior products and research supporting the interior design strategy.
- Establish benchmarking presentations and market trends identifying opportunities to optimize customer satisfaction in balance with commercial and operational goals.
- Document and implement product specifications and standards.
- Benchmark interior products across fleet and competitive landscape, communicating infographic presentations to depict an intuitive story.
- Create effective presentations, research industry trends, and conduct competitor analysis to support department objectives and strategy.
- Inspect and monitor product performance, ensuring products maintain target standards, supporting service teams to identify issues and improvements.
