Responsibilities
- Ensure execution of the hospital's Business Development Strategy and Marketing Plan in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring defined KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Drive initiatives to increase patient footfall across Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IP) services, including oncology services.
- Expand the hospital's network by empanelling external doctors and strengthening referral channels.
- Enhance physician engagement and loyalty through structured service excellence and relationship management initiatives.
