Manager, Business Analyst – D365 F&O / CRM
Lead and manage the Dynamics 365 technical support team, including:
Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Support Administrator
F&O Developer expanding into CRM/CE development
Establish clear goals, priorities, service expectations, and accountability across the team.
Conduct performance management activities (coaching, feedback, development plans).
Support skills development and capability building—especially as CRM/CE demand increases.
Contribute to workforce planning (capacity, role clarity, hiring recommendations as needed).
Own and improve the platform operating model across F&O and CRM/CE:
intake and prioritization
backlog management
change control and release governance
documentation and knowledge management
