Role Summary
This position is responsible for hiring, managing, developing, and holding the biostatisticians in the assigned department accountable for meeting assigned financial targets. The Manager may interact with clients and other departments to ensure client satisfaction through relationship management and successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
Ensures that the Biostatistics department meets timelines, provides high‑quality deliverables, complies with contractual project requirements and Standard Operating Procedures, and conducts projects within budget.
