Manage Operational performance 40%

  • Supports the (end to end S2P, O2C, and R2R ) Team Managers in their daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth migrations, identify potential process risks, establish mitigation/control plans, and monitor the impact.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor operations performance on agreed-upon SLAs and key metrics. Advice on appropriate action plans where needed via consistent processes.
  • Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback, and active metrics management.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and internal control policies and procedures are followed.
  • Drive towards the agreed efficiency targets through defined processes.
