Job Summary
The Manager of Benefit Administration is responsible for overseeing the management of the centralized employee benefits administration across KPJ Group. This role leads the transition of benefits processing into a centralized, uniform HR Shared Services Organization (HR SSO) model, ensuring service excellence, process efficiency, data integrity and regulatory compliance. The Manager will lead a team of executives, manage key vendor relationships (insurance providers, TPAs, etc.), and collaborate strategically with HR CEOs (Centre of Excellence), HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and consistent employee benefits experience across all entities within KPJ Group.
