Manager of Automated Solutions and Sales
Salary range: $145,000 - $250,000

Abel Womack is building and scaling a high-impact Automated Solutions division—and we’re looking for a hands-on, customer-facing leader to shape our go-to-market strategy and help customers modernize their distribution and fulfillment operations. In this role, you’ll blend consultative selling with technical insight to identify opportunities, design integrated automation concepts, quantify ROI, and lead relationships from first conversation through solution delivery.
What you’ll do

* Set and lead the sales strategy to grow Abel Womack’s Automated Solutions business—building pipeline, forecasting performance, and executing against growth goals.
