JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Associate Relations and Compliance serves as a dedicated subject matter expert and key point of contact for associate relations and compliance matters, with a primary focus on supporting above-property office and properties across Greater China. They partner with associates and business leaders to provide resources, consultation and mentorship when workplace issues arise. They will also serve as the key point of contact for all trainings, projects and initiatives related to associate relations and compliance. 

This role will conduct workplace investigations, present investigation findings, and provide recommendations to influence business leaders and partners to make decisions that align with Marriott International’s policies and procedures.
